We perceive the issue of quality in a broader context. As we have seen in other European countries, it is not just about improving the quality of care. How to define and measure quality? How important is quality for individual stakeholders? The quality of care is also affected by public shopping. Presentation of a unique probe of qualitative parameters in public hospital shopping.

Representatives of the Ministry of Health, patients, hospitals and health insurance companies will be present at the discussion.
